Unlike working with a Recruiter, the IT Professionals we represent are our direct clients. They come to Tech-Source for career guidance. Our role is to counsel our IT Professional clients on a career strategy and then help them use the results to connect with our Company clients who have position openings that would best advance their career.

The IT Professionals we counsel are typically employed, passive candidates who are in the process of setting new career goals. They contact Tech-Source because they recognize that their chances of success improve significantly by working with a professional career coach.
